ING Bank Australia had a good problem - their Home Loan campaign was doing to well. They needed to boost the customer savings equity in the bank to be able to balance the incoming Home Loan acquistions. We created Make Bank to push our Savings Maximiser product not only for new customers, but for existing customers as well.

The important stuff-

  • New deposits reached $1.46 billion with $614 million being new customers

  • Campaign hit $10.52 million vs expected $5 million

  • x3.2 ROI, outperforming the industry standard by x2

  • Brand love increased as a result of the product campaign
